PROMOTION POLICY
SKVCHAT LLC , the world's leading mobile tools provider, is dedicated to providing a faster, safer and easier mobile experience for its global users.
Google Play has taken an important step in the direction of a better user experience and a healthier Android ecosystem by updating its Google Play Developer Program Policies. In particular, Goolge Play's policies now include a new section called App Promotion. We firmly support Google Play's policies, and require all SKVFCHAT's media and promotion partners to respect and fully comply with these policies.
Specifically, and without limitation, SKVFCHATLLC requires that all of its media and promotion partners refrain from directly or indirectly engaging in or benefiting from the following activities in app promotion:
• Promotion via deceptive ads on websites, apps or other properties, including simulated system, service, or app notifications or alerts.
• Promotion or install tactics which cause redirection to Google Play or the download of the app without informed user action.
• Offering deceptive incentives to an end user.
• Unsolicited promotion via SMS services.
• Simulating or impersonating the user interface of any app, or notification and warning elements of an operating system.
• Promotion via deceptive ads on websites, apps or other properties, including simulated system, service, or app notifications or alerts.
• Promotion or install tactics which cause redirection to Google Play or the download of the app without informed user action.
• Offering deceptive incentives to an end user.
• Unsolicited promotion via SMS services.
• Simulating or impersonating the user interface of any app, or notification and warning elements of an operating system.
All of SKVFCHAT LLC's media and promotion partners must comply with the Ad Policy as set forth in Google Play Developer Program Policies (https://play.google.com/about/developer-content-policy.html).
All of SKVFCHAT LLC's media and promotion partners must be aware of, agree to, and conduct all promotions in full compliance with this SKVFCHAT LLC Global Promotion Policy. Any violation of the Policy will be deemed as a material breach of the promotion contract, and SKVFCHAT LLC reserves the right to terminate the promotion contract and to withhold and/or seek refund of any payments. In addition, media and promotion partners shall indemnify and defend SKVFCHAT LLC against any claimed or incurred loss, expense or cost caused by any breach by a partner.

It does not work the phone cleaner never cleans anything as it continually shows that it has cleansed the waste but do a check later on and it has not cleaned a single thing and I have never used it between both cleans. I deleted it in disgust as I used to use your apps but no more I have no faith in you ever
